Payment Options

Southern Counties Window Cleaning offers 4 different ways to pay your bill making payment easy for all clients. You can choose to change the method of payment at any time.

For security and ease, none of our window cleaners accept cash or cheques.

Bank transfer: The account details will be on the invoice provided when cleaned, you must remember to use your address as a reference so we know where the payment has come from.
Direct Debit: This is a variable Direct Debit which means its not set for a fixed date, a payment is automatically processed after the clean is carried out, and an invoice will be left on the day of the clean over 50% of our customers choose this method as its such and easy way to pay.
Pay online: Pay via our online payment portal, you must remember to use your address as a reference so we know where the payment has come from.
By telephone: Give us a call between 9am and 6pm, we accept all major credit and debit cards.

BARCLAYS

Pay your bill by direct bank transfer. Remember to use your house number and postcode as a reference. Please call office for details.

Direct Debit

Set up a Variable Direct Debit to pay your bill. You will be informed of how much is going to be taken PRIOR to the direct debit being taken

Online Payment

Pay online using your Credit / Debit Card. This is a secure encrypted payment gateway and no card details are stored by us.

Via Telephone

Simply call the office on 0800 567 7898 and the receptionist will take your payment. Please have your Credit/debit card to hand.

You will receive a call, email or a text the day prior to your clean and a reminder on the morning of the clean.
An invoice will be left the day your clean is carried out, this will also have a time your property was completed.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a rainy day policy, and will always be happy to carry out a re clean at your request within 48 hours of the clean.
